    There are no known side effects to using Jolly. Directions for use are carefully outlined in the user manual.

  • Can it affect my fertility?

    Absolutely not. Jolly works externally and will not interfere with your cycle, hormonal balance, or other bodily functions. However, we do not recommend using Jolly if you are currently undergoing fertility treatment.

  • Was Jolly tested on people?

    Of course! Jolly was clinically tested and proven to be very effective in 80% of women. Since its launch in 2019, Jolly has offered relief to thousands of satisfied customers.

  • Is Jolly safe to use?

    100%. Jolly has been tested and approved by the European CE-Mark, meeting the most stringent of international standards.

  • Are there any limitations to use Jolly?

    You should not use Jolly if you have a heart pacemaker.

  • What if Jolly doesn’t work for me?

    If you aren’t fully satisfied with your Jolly, simply return your device for a full refund within 30 days.

  • Does Jolly come with a warranty?

    It sure does! We never compromise on customer satisfaction – so despite testing for ultimate comfort and quality, we’ve also added a 1-year warranty for the device, not including accessories. (You won’t need it, but it’s nice to have!)

  • Does Jolly come with everything you need?

    Yes. Your Jolly package includes the device, your choice of 3 colorful classic covers, and a set of Jolly flower pads. You’re good to go for months!

  • Will I need to change batteries?

    Nope! Jolly operates on rechargeable batteries, which can be charged by plugging your device into any micro USB cable.
